Please remember to account for an additional 2–5 business days for order processing on top of the estimated shipping times. Processing includes order verification, production, quality checks, and packaging.
MAKING CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER
To ensure your order is processed and shipped as quickly as possible, we always aim to pack and ship your order as fast as possible. Because of this, we’re unable to make changes once your order is confirmed—including updates to the delivery address or shipping method. If you experience a critical issue, please contact us right away. While we’ll do our best to resolve it before your order leaves our warehouse, we can’t guarantee changes can be made. Please double-check all details before placing your order.
RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
As our products are made-to-order, we’re unable to accept returns. However, if you experience any issues with your order, please reach out and we’ll do our best to assist you. If your order arrives damaged or defective, we offer a free reprint or refund. To request this, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with a clear photo of the issue. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
